1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wellness Pathfinder (including Meadow, Wander, and Village), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Wellness Pathfinder is a browser-based wellness experience operated by Voyager Wellness Foundation, a nonprofit organization. It includes the Wellness Pathfinder ecosystem:

• Meadow: Wellness tools and practices
• Wander: Exploration and reflection
• Village: Community connection and shared moments

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for entertainment and general wellness purposes only. No account is required — core features work entirely in your browser.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Voyager Wellness Pathfinder for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disrupt the service
• Interfere with or impair the normal operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and materials associated with Wellness Pathfinder (including Meadow, Wander, and Village) are owned by Voyager Wellness Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as necessary to use the service for its intended purpose.

5. Entertainment Notice

Wellness Pathfinder is an entertainment product.

The tools, practices, and content available in Wellness Pathfinder are designed for entertainment and general wellness exploration. They are not healthcare services and do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or clinical services of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyager Wellness Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Wellness Pathfinder.

7. Data Use Consent

By using Wellness Pathfinder, you acknowledge that Voyager Data Corporation may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information in identifiable form.

We may use or share anonymized, aggregated data in the following categories:

• (a) Internal analytics — Anonymized usage data used to improve the Wellness Pathfinder experience. No opt-out required; data cannot be linked to any individual.
• (b) Academic and research licensing — Anonymized, aggregated data licensed to accredited research institutions. We will notify you and provide an opt-out opportunity before any such sharing begins. No re-identification is permitted.
• (c) Commercial licensing — Anonymized, aggregated data licensed to health organizations, employers, and wellness companies. We will notify you and provide an opt-out opportunity before any such sharing begins. Data is never used for individual insurance underwriting or pricing.
• (d) B2B data partnerships — Anonymized data exchanged with complementary wellness or health platforms. The same anonymization standards and opt-out opportunity apply.

All external data licensing (categories b–d) is handled by Voyager Data Corporation (VDC). Voyager Wellness Foundation (VWF), our affiliated nonprofit, transfers anonymized data to VDC under a Data Sharing Agreement before any external use occurs.

An opt-out mechanism will be available in your account settings before any external sharing (categories b–d) begins. Data already collected under prior policies will not be shared without updated disclosure and a new opt-out opportunity.

8. Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Wellness Pathfinder at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
